The warranty does not cover: cosmetic damage, normal wear & tear of the sheets; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
In the event you have received a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your claim. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence
