Shipping Policy

At Luxe Comfort, all orders are fulfilled and shipped via Payo Asia Warehouse in Makati. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of the Philippines.

Our shipping times vary depending on your location.
  • Metro Manila - 2-3 Business Days
  • Luzon - 5-10 Business Days
  • Visayas - 10-12 Business Days
  • Mindanao - 12-15 Business Days
Please ensure that you or someone authorized to receive the parcel is available at the delivery location along with payment.


Once we receive your order, we will verify and confirm the details with you before proceeding with shipping. All delivery times are Philippine local (GMT +8) times. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekends or during bank holidays, and orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by our partner couriers and may vary depending on certain factors that are out of our control. We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours of ordering from our Makati warehouse. During peak dispatch times, delivery timeframes may be extended. Please use the tracking information provided to keep track of your delivery. You can contact the courier directly with your tracking number, and they will be able to assist you.


If your package is undeliverable and returned to us due to factors such as being unavailable after 2 delivery attempts, incorrect address/information provided, refusal to pay import taxes, or moving without notifying us, we will not refund the shipping cost for your order. Any re-delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.
