Shipping Policy


Standard Shipping:

Due to the high volume of orders, the current lead time is 3-5 business days for Metro Manila. We apologize for the delay.

Metro Manila: 3-5 business days

Provincial Areas: 3-7 Days



Please expect delays during the COVID-19 lockdown. We are still accepting orders and delivering as normal where possible. Some areas within Metro Manila, as well as some provinces are currently not accessible due to Barangay restrictions, or COVID lockdowns. These restrictions are updated day to day so we are doing our best to keep track.
This may mean that orders may not delivered on time and instead returned to our warehouse until restrictions are lifted. Rest assured that your order is in safe hands and reserved for you to be delivered at a later date, meaning that if you ordered using COD during our sale period, you still receive the item at the sale price.

The health and safety of our employees, courier partners and the general community is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your patience at this time.


At Luxe Comfort, we work alongside trusted carrier LBC, Lalamove, and Grab (on pre paid orders only). All orders are fulfilled & shipped from the Luxe Comfort Headquarters in Makati.

We do not currently ship outside of the Philippines.

We ship from within the Philippines. We aim to get all orders processed within 24 hours to our partner carrier. We do not process orders over the weekend, orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

*Please note: All delivery times are an estimate with the courier. Depending upon certain factors with their processes, this may slow or speed up the process and Cullen Wayne cannot be held accountable.


We strive to process all orders within 24-48 hours of ordering from our Makati warehouse. Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery timeframes may be extended.  
Orders are dispatched to our partner couriers who then aim to process deliveries within 2-4 days. Please note that any delay on the couriers end is out of our control. Please use the tracking information provided to keep track of your delivery. You can contact the courier directly with your tracking number at hand and they will be able to assist.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us because you’re not there after 2 delivery attempts, an incorrect address/information was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. Any re-delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.
